Well, it’s been quite the end to 2016.
Recently we announced a new partnership with the Century 21 company, the world’s most recognized brand in residential real estate.
It was also the company where Iddo Gavish got his start in the industry.
We had a few overtures from other companies over the years and opted out of discussions with them. They just didn’t seem to fit, and more than likely, we weren’t ready yet.
Going from an independent real estate company to a part of a large corporate entity wasn’t an easy decision. We knew Century 21 was an excellent company and had a great reputation, but how would our agents react? And our customers?
Well, we’re happy to say the reaction was been incredibly positive from both groups.
When it comes to listing houses for sale in Las Vegas, we’re still going to offer the valley’s highest level of service.
We’ll do the same when it comes to condos in Las Vegas, apartments, and luxury real estate.
In short, very little is going to change in how we serve customers.
What will change is the resources accessible to our agents. New technologies. New sales tactics. New ways to improve the buying and selling processes for clients.
In fact, perhaps the biggest reason for our decision to join Century 21 was to provide our agents with more tools of the trade. We needed them to keep pace with what’s happening in the market, to react to trends faster, and recognize what’s happening before the customers do.
Our region’s primary industries of gaming and tourism present unique economic conditions that are always pushing Las Vegas real estate in unpredictable directions. Real estate agents in Las Vegas and Pahrump need to move quickly, or get left behind.
We had to make sure our company didn’t fall victim to an ever-changing, always challenging marketplace.
We believe firmly that Century 21 Gavish Real Estate is now the complete Las Vegas real estate company, a mix of independent spirit and proven brand reach.
There’s a bright New Year ahead of us that’s only a few days away. We plan to greet it with enthusiasm, dedication, and we hope some well-earned wisdom.
With that, we wish you and yours a joyous, healthy holiday season and a New Year filled with as much excitement as we have here, in our offices.
