For a number of years, we championed our independence in the Las Vegas real estate market.
Gavish Real Estate became the largest and most recognized independent brand because we cared about what our customers thought of us. That is, we made sure that every interaction would result in a positive relationship.
When it didn’t, we tried to fix it.
Were there some mistakes along the way? Of course. Find us a business that doesn’t tick off a couple of customers after ten years in business.
Yet, we made it through a major financial downturn, managing to adjust our business plan to assist in ways the market most needed us by focusing on short sales and property management.
Our decision to join Century 21 wasn’t an easy one. After all, it’s the most recognized name in realty, and that comes with a lot of exposure.
We discussed the move rigorously among major stakeholders in the company.
Part of our due diligence involved determining what the rest of the business world thought of C21.
We know consumers liked them but was the name still as respected as it was when Iddo left it almost a decade ago to start his own team?
In fact, J.D. Power and Associates presented Century 21 with its award for “Highest Overall Satisfaction for First-Time Home Sellers, First-Time Home Buyers, Repeat Home Sellers, and Repeat Home Buyers Among National Full Service Real Estate Firms.”
While the company tied for the award in 2016, it was also the winner in 2015 and 2014. We were the first national real estate brand to earn that honor for all four categories three years in a row.
Yes, that’s a pretty big deal, especially for a company that’s been around as long as it has.
In many cases, established companies rest comfortably on past laurels and become hesitant to adjust or recognize when the market is demanding change.
All these years later, C21 remains on top.
And we’re more than happy to be part of that celebration.
