What a year it’s been.
If we told you that in 2016 we’d be writing about our shift in franchise direction from being Las Vegas’ top independent brokerage to a member of the world’s best name in real estate, we wouldn’t have believed it.
Not only that, if you told us our beloved town would be subject to one of our nation’s worst non-war related disasters in history, well, we would have told you to be quiet and keep walking. No one likes that kind of prediction.
Yet, both things happened. Obviously, the latter of the two was by far the most important. It asked so much of our city, and now it’s asking questions of the country that are going largely unheard.
The move to becoming CENTURY 21 Gavish Real Estate was no easy decision. We had a number of customers who enjoyed our independence, and agents who looked up to us for that status.
thank you; for being a part of what we do, and for helping make the city we do it in such a great place to live
Nevertheless, change is always good, especially when that change leads to a better way of doing business, a stronger team of agents, and the national support of a brand every one recognizes.
We also moved offices this year. That’s never fun. But, it’s often necessary, a part of doing business in a city that’s rebounding faster than it declined.
The city itself has blossomed into a sports Mecca, with the Las Vegas Raiders making it official, the Golden Knights of the NHL starting league play, and a new baseball stadium being approved for Summerlin. And December saw the addition of the Las Vegas Aces of the WNBA.
This kind of rapid growth into the sports world is remarkable, and something no other city in American can claim.
What a fun time to be in Las Vegas.
All that said, the point of this post is to say “thank you” for being a part of what we do, and for helping make the city we do it in such a great place to live.
Happy Holidays to you from all of us at CENTURY 21 Gavish Real Estate. See you in 2018!
