When our company, one of Las Vegas’s most recognized independent real estate firms, decided it was time to associate with a major national brand, we just knew.
As it turns out, we’re not the only ones who knew. You knew, too.
And, so did a whole bunch of other people.
A recent survey by J.D. Power & Associates proved that CENTURY 21 is the nation’s most highly rated real estate brand among first time home buyers and sellers for the fourth year in a row.
On top of that, a report by Millward Brown showed that CENTURY 21 is overall the most recognized brand in real estate.
The reasons for these accolades are many.
We like to think that one reason stands out from all the others; and that very reason is the primary impetus for why we decided to join them: service.
The company bestowed upon us a focus on servicing people, helping our customers be the most informed buyers and sellers they can be.
In turn, this makes them more apt to secure a home that overlaps seamlessly with their goals. Information, now more than ever, is power.
Our buyers and sellers make us better real estate agents. We are challenged every day, and the market never ceases to amaze, confuse, and encourage us. There’s so much to learn, and so many people to help understand those lessons.
Gavish Real Estate made its reputation during one of the worst real estate markets our country has ever seen. This couldn’t have been done without creating an environment that revolved around people.
It matters most when things are bad, and that’s when we made our decision to build a real estate office around the notion that as licensed professionals, it was our job to hold the hand of our market, whether that meant helping them out of home they could no longer afford or helping them find a new one they could.
With these recent accolades given to CENTURY 21, we can’t help but feel our efforts are being rewarded.
We may not have been part of this great company for all its years of success, but we certainly feel like we’re a part of something special.
