It is no surprise that Las Vegas is a hot spot for celebrities. With the high-end shopping, world class restaurants, and luxurious nightclubs, Las Vegas is a perfect destination. We have the glitz and glamour of similar cities like New York and Los Angeles, but on a much smaller scale and without the crazy paparazzi that flood the street corners.
There are many notable celebrities that that live in Sin City, but check out these five, very proud Las Vegas residents that currently own beautiful homes in Las Vegas. Who knows, maybe you’ll run into them at your local coffee shop.
Former professional boxing legend, Floyd Mayweather resides in a $10-million-dollar mansion in Summerlin. This beautiful 21,861 square foot home includes 11 bed, 14 bath, multiple guest houses, indoor and outdoor pools, a massive courtyard, and let’s not forget the 20-car underground garage. Mayweather is definitely a proud Las Vegas resident and has been seen posting videos of his new home with the caption, “My new home, I’m truly blessed.”
Golden Knights forward Jonathan Marchessault and his wife, Alexandra gave Real Estate millions an exclusive inside look of their Summerlin home in Canyon Fairways. The two-story, 6,600 square foot home is perfect for the family of five that has been beautifully decorated to fit the Marchessault style. Marchessault has signed a six-year extension of his contract with the Golden Knights and has no plan on moving into another Las Vegas home.
Thanks again to Real Estate millions, we get to check out the Scott brothers 5,000 square foot home on a half acre lot in Spring Valley. Although this home is beautifully decorated by two very talented brothers, there were a few compromises that had to be made. The process definitely put their relationship as brothers to the test. Together they ultimately decided on a commercial grade water slide (making it the first residential water slide to get approved in Clark County), but only after Drew made the requirement to install a 3-hole putting green and basketball hoop. According to the Las Vegas Review Journal, the Scott brothers elaborate home serves as a retreat for when they are home from their busy travel schedule.
There are no recent reports that show a new Las Vegas home, but in 2010 Criss Angel purchased a beautiful mountaintop mansion inspired by an old world Tuscan castle. The 22,000 square foot home sits on a 2.5-acre mountaintop with views of the Las Vegas Strip and the surrounding valley.
Sadly, Celine Dion is said to end her residency with Caesars Palace in June, but that is not stopping Dion from creating more memories in Las Vegas. According to Closer Weekly, Celine Dion is making a bold move to be a bigger presence in her three sons lives. Her new home is being built in an exclusive Summerlin neighborhood close to some of the best private schools in the valley. This move will give her family a fresh start and new opportunities here in Las Vegas.
