Las Vegas has been one of the great homes to celebrate 4th of July in. From the infamous Strip to the beautiful valley view of various hikes, there is a lot of ways to celebrate this great holiday in the middle of the desert. Why need ten ways to celebrate 4th of July, when there are simply four you can definitely do altogether with family and friends.

1. Head to The Strip!

If you’re up for some ultimate partying, The Strip should be your number one choice. Day clubs and pool parties are quite known to beat the summertime heat and is no doubt a great way to get your dance on while listening to amazing DJs. The nightclubs, shows, and world-renowned restaurants are also great ways to stay cool and celebrate with some great deals.

2. Go appreciate America’s landscapes

Why not celebrate our nation’s holiday but basking in its beautiful treasures? In the Las Vegas valley, there are so many different ways to get out into nature and have fun. Down for a cool hike? Head over to Mount Charleston. Feeling adventurous for some water sports? Lake Las Vegas or Lake Mead is right around the corner. You could even visit one of America’s greatest monuments, The Grand Canyon, in a tour or even a hike.

3. Summerlin Parade

Every year, the Summerlin community puts together a huge 4th of July parade. Celebrating its 24th year, the Patriotic Parade will be held on Wednesday, July 4th at 9 A.M. The family friendly parade will be marching through Hillpointe Road and Hills Center and continuing south on Hills Center Drive ending on Trailwood Drive at the entrance of the Trails Village Shopping Center. Get there early, parking and seating comes first come for serve!

5. Buy or Watch the Fireworks (Or both)

Luckily, there are a few pop-up shops across Sin City to grab your fireworks just in time for the big holiday. You’ll definitely see them the week of 4th of the July for your convenience. Whether you’re popping fireworks yourself or waiting for the night sky to fall for an amazing show from the casinos and other Las Vegas residents, 4th of July is definitely one to celebrate here in our great city!
