Our Staff - Todd Butwinick

Todd moved to Las Vegas in 1990 from St. Paul, Minnesota. His family owned and operated furniture stores there for almost 100 years. After moving to Las Vegas, Todd quickly opened his own retail furniture store. He expanded his business to several Las Vegas locations with over forty employees. The Las Vegas stores, which were part of a national franchise, were ranked the top stores in the country for several years. Because of this success, Todd was promoted to Director of Operations for the National chain. In 2007, Todd sold his stores and stopped traveling the country.

Having purchased, managed, and rented several properties in Las Vegas over the past twenty years, Todd’s interest in Real Estate grew and Todd obtained his real estates license. He recently joined Gavish Real Estate. His background in Retail, Real Estate and the Las Vegas market makes puts him in a unique position to help you with your Real Estate needs.

Todd resides in Henderson with his wife of 15 years, 14 year old son and 12 year old daughter.
