Our Staff - Randy Reyes

Randy is a native of Havana, Cuba. He came to the U. S and attended college on a swimming and water polo scholarship at Miami University and the University of Cincinnati. He earned Bachelors Degrees in Biology, Spanish and an Associates Degree in French. Following college, Randy got into the sales industry where he ran three high volume product listing offices for two years in Miami, Fl. Randy came to Las Vegas, recruited by the Rio Hotel & Casino as a Flair Bartender who went on to win a World Championship in 2004. After reaching the top in the world of Flair Bartending, Randy got into real estate with Prudential Americana doing Short Sales and in three years was managing the Short Sale Dept of the most successful Short Sale Division in the Greater Las Vegas Area. Today, Randy has teamed up with Iddo Gavish and Gavish Real Estate with a goal to completely take over the Short Sale Market in the Las Vegas area and help as many people as possible to get out from under the terrible situation the banks have put them in.

Randy and his wife Ana live in the Aliante area with their 3 children.
