Iddo Gavish (“E-Doe Ga-Veesh”) founded Gavish Real Estate with the intent of establishing a firm that focused on the professional development of its agents. That investment has successfully yielded a highly insightful, business-savvy real estate services team considered the Las Vegas market’s most accomplished—Gavish Real Estate is currently Southern Nevada’s largest independently owned firm.
Iddo’s unique model was first tested under the Century 21 brand, where he built a national Top 20 sales team, fostering loyalty amongst the agents he worked with and building a broad-based roster of clients. After a number of very successful, award-winning years with the company, Iddo identified a space in the market for his team-oriented approach and together with members of his Century 21 team, launched Gavish Real Estate in 2007.
Today, Iddo is highly involved in the expansion of his company and serving the Las Vegas community through a number of philanthropic and community-centric endeavors, encouraging his agents to follow a similar path. He is sought after as a speaker and industry educator, instructing courses on negotiation, listing strategies and investment property principles, just to name a few. Iddo is a member of a number of organizations, including the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors’ (GLVAR) Forms Committee, with which he assists in the updating and analysis of industry forms and contract language. He is also a graduate of the GLVAR’s Risk Reduction Program, a specialized course of study on “understanding and interpreting contracts and the laws that govern them.”
Iddo graduated with a degree in Business Finance and Real Estate from Cal-State Fullerton. He and his wife, Sheri, have been married more than 20 years. They have four children.
