Matthew came to Las Vegas from California at the end of 2001 to purchase his first home. His first home purchase experience was something less than desirable, so he became a loan officer in 2004 to help others to avoid the unpleasant process that he had when he moved to Nevada. Matt had several different roles at the Mortgage Company where he worked including manager, coach, and trainer, mentoring over 100 different loan officers that he liked to call his protégés. Deciding to purchase more property in the Las Vegas area, Matthew obtained his Real Estate License in 2006 to assist his own search for properties and expand his knowledge of the real estate market in Nevada. Matthew has experience in both Real Estate and Mortgages.
Matthew made a transition to Gavish Real Estate in 2008. He has a willingness to commit to the buyer when it comes to the purchase of their home. His background in financing puts him a cut above the rest to those who do not have experience in both fields. He hopes his expertise in Finance will help to aid in rebuilding the weakened housing market.
Matthew’s success has given him the knowledge and skills to become the Branch Manager of the Henderson office. He has taken his success and professionalism and teaches our agents how to become a top producing Realtors.
