Is Florida’s recovery a precursor to what lies ahead for Las Vegas?
Nuwire Investor is a compelling investment information website with a considerable focus on real estate. This recently published piece suggests that the recovery is “officially underway” in Florida, one of the nation’s hardest hit recession-era markets. We tend to agree with the writer’s assessment.
Like Vegas and other sectors throughout the Southwest, Florida has intact the lifestyle fundamentals that initiated its draw in the run up to the bubble burst. Warm weather and the ocean aren’t things that go away. People will always want these things. Like our fabulous Las Vegas Valley, the things that pulled in so many people for so many years haven’t disappeared with TARP scandals, securitized sub-prime loans and unscrupulous banking policies. We still have the world’s most diverse entertainment center, fantastic year-round weather, stunning geography and … a tremendous selection of affordable housing.
Let us know when you would like a tour of everything that’s great about Las Vegas.
We’ll even show you some homes.
