Announcing Capice Real Estate, Las Vegas's newest commercial real estate company

Gavish Real Estate is always seeking new ways to empower the Las Vegas valley real estate marketplace; so we couldn’t be more excited about the launch of Capice Real Estate, our new commercial real estate services sister company.

Capice Real Estate will offer full-service advisement to owners and tenants of commercial real estate, ranging from retail and industrial to office and land. The same type of service and company mission of Gavish Real Estate will serve as the foundation of Capice, as it’s proven its merit in the growth of our residential practice. By expanding into the commercial sector, we feel that we’ll be able to play a more significant role in how our community gets shaped by local, regional and national economic forces. Commercial real estate activity is a time-honored indicator of a region’s economic health; thus, it’s critical that experienced business leaders and community-driven enterprises maintain a presence within the field.

Capice Real Estate will also be offering its agents something very unique to our market: a place for commercial agents who are not members of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors to serve their clients. Capice will operate as a non-MLS office to allow agents additional flexibility in marketing strategies and a way to reduce operating costs.

This is a big move for our company and everyone on board so far is excited about what lies ahead. We are confident that as we grow the Capice Team, it will seamlessly integrate with our family environment and corporate principles of honesty, hard work and community development.
